How long does it take for me to receive my order?

In general, processing takes 1–3 business days (2–4 business days for custom-made items), and shipping takes 6–10 business days.

Depending on your location, you can expect to receive it within 7-13 business days.

What if I do not receive my order?

You are eligible for a full refund if you do not receive it within 30 days of shipment

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards(Mastercard, Visa, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay,  Union Pay, Bancontact, and iDEAL

Can I change or cancel my order?

You must contact us for changes or cancelations as quickly as possible.

It takes 1-3 business days for us to process orders (2–4 business days for custom-made items). Once your order has been processed and dispatched to our shipping agent, you may not change or cancel it anymore.

However, your order can be returned for a full refund after delivery.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

All duties, taxes, and import fees are prepaid by us.

You won't be charged anything extra when your package arrives. No hidden fees. No surprise costs.

What if I received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item?

Please contact us immediately upon receiving your merchandise, including your order number, photographs of the item, and any other relevant references.

We will resolve your case as quickly as possible, and we guarantee your complete satisfaction.

How soon can I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. The time it takes to receive your refund may vary depending on your payment service provider, but generally, you can expect it within 3–7 days.
